This is a blank backup agreement that the customer will sign up contacting and contracting Backup Computing to provide backup services.

Backup Computing's Datto on-premises backup devices are critical to keep your business running. We provide systems designed to meet the backup needs of any sized business, configured and specified for each customer.

 

Backup systems are available in sizes from 500GB all the way to 120TB ! (Do to compression that means handling almost every data load possible.)

 

All devices have a 45 days trial period and require an initial One year service agreement. All service contracts include 1 hour of general backup support per month and initial configuration and installation support. All additional support each month or recovery services are billed at prevailing IT service agreement hourly rate.

Hardware Warranty is provided for all units with advanced replacement in case of failure. Additionally reduced cost upgrades are allowed.

 

Additional Options:

  • Hardware may be leased (in monthly price), purchased out right, or customers own hardware may be used.
  • All Cash or 100% BizX accepted.
  • Combination of Cash and BizX also can be worked out.
  • All hardware OS and software updates included.
  • Sales tax is due on Support and Hardware costs per state regulations.

These devices are a great way to provide File management services to your network AND have a secure off-site backup for those files as well. They are able to interface and use domain authentication.

Datto Alto3 Devices

 

The Alto is cloud based virtualization limited to 30 days per year of emergency virtualization. These units provide the similar continuity to the Siris line but at cheaper prices, best for small companies.

All Siris hardware provide for both on-site and cloud virtualization, speeding up recovery and performance. The Siris devices are generally more expensive but also provide the greatest continuity and backup options. These units also scale the most.

Backup Computing provides IT support services for local and remote businesses. With over 30 years of IT/Computer experience, we have the skills to help you. Providing resources, expertise, and consulting in networking, Virus prevention, virus removal, desktop maintenance, troubleshooting, firewalls, routers, Wireless APs, and so much more. We charge reasonable rates with plan options.

 

Basic Support Agreements: This service level is for customers who need the occasional support but wish to take advantage of mostly automated updates, Anti-virus, DNS protection, remote management, monitoring and access. It has a low monthly service fee and customers pay by the hour for all support.

 

SMB Support Agreements: This service level agreement is for small business customers with limited support needs and computers but wish Backup Computing to be more actively involved by performing routine tasks such as checking updates, providing on-site support, and end-user assistance. This agreement has a built in number of hours of support with unused hours from one month rolling into the next month.

 

Deluxe Support Agreements: This service level agreement is for customers who wish Backup Computing to be more actively involved by performing daily and weekly tasks, providing on-site support, and end-user assistance. This agreement has a built in number of hours of support with unused hours from one month rolling into the next month.

 

General Information:

  1. All on-site support is billed at a one hour minimum. All Remote support billed in 15 minute increments.
  2. Block purchased hours apply to both on-site and remote billable support hours.
  3. For deluxe plans, a maximum of 10 hours may be rolled. If a customer reaches more than 10 hours to roll, 10 hours will rolled and the customer will be given a discount for all succeeding months there are 10 hours or more to roll. (up to 50% of the monthly agreement.)
  4. Pre-purchased hours expire 2 years from the date of purchase.
  5. All agreements include:
    • Autotask Remote Management Software
    • Webroot SecureAnywhere
    • Webroot SecureAnywhere DNS services
    • Initial configuration for these will be provided to the customer at no additional cost.
