Backup Computing's Datto on-premises backup devices are critical to keep your business running. We provide systems designed to meet the backup needs of any sized business, configured and specified for each customer.
Backup systems are available in all size, all the way to 120TB ! (Do to compression that means handling almost every data load possible.)
We can provide an up to 45 day trial period. All backup plans require an initial one year service agreement. Most service contracts include 1 hour of general backup support per month and initial configuration and installation. All additional support each month or for recovery services are billed at prevailing IT service agreement hourly rate.
Hardware Warranty is provided for all installed devices with advanced replacement in case of failure. Additionally reduced cost upgrades are available.
Backup Devices Offered by Backup Computing
Datto Desktop Cloud Continuity Backup and/or Datto File Protect
The cloud continuity backup provides similar backup and recovery opportunities as the Alto and Siris lines but for individual desktops and laptops. Datto file Protect is a file folder backup where system settings are less important but the data is. Recovery of lost, stolen, or infected computers is easy and backup run anywhere there is an internet connection. At a low monthly cost there is no reason whatso ever everyone shouldn't have an off-site backup.
Datto Siris-X or Siris Devices

All Siris hardware provide for both on-site and cloud virtualization, speeding up recovery and performance. The Siris devices are generally more expensive but also provide the greatest continuity and backup options. These units also scale the most.
Backup Computing provides IT support services for local and remote businesses. With over 30 years of IT/Computer experience, we have the skills to help you. Providing resources, expertise, and consulting in networking, Virus prevention, virus removal, desktop maintenance, troubleshooting, firewalls, routers, Wireless APs, and so much more. We charge reasonable rates with plan options.
Basic Support Agreements: This service level is for customers who need the occasional support while implementing the Backup Computing's security suite. It has a low monthly service fee and customers pay by the hour for all support.
SMB Support Agreements: This service level agreement is for business customers with regular support needs. The agreement comes with built in supprt hours and the full security suite. The hourly rate for additional support is lower with this agreement.
